Here we see the fellows carrying the cockpit sole to the boat.

Tack welding the cockpit sole in place.
After the cockpit sole is in , the next step is to set up the Transom plate.
Here we see the Transom plate from the inside of the boat. Notice the alignment markings scribed into the plating for easy alignment of subsequent parts.
