Step 1. Lay Pilot House sides on flat working surface and install angle bar and tee bar stiffeners | |
| Step 2 . Stand up Pilot House sides and drop in cabin top beams. The cabin beams and Pilot House sides are notched "egg crate style" to create a fool proof interlocking alignment. This guarantees the sides are spaced correctly and the next parts will fit. Wherever possible our parts interlock. | ![]() |

Pilot House roof drops onto cabin beams and stringers. In this shot you can see the radius corners of the side windows precut to fit Sea Glaze windows. Simply cut straight lines in between the corners and install the windows. We do it this way in order to keep the plate as stiff as possible during assembly and handling. Another premium feature. |
