The 70 Foot Northern Mist Superstructure Project
The Northern Mist represents a good example of what we can offer in the custom design and custom CNC Kit form. This was a custom design "in house" by Rick Welin and was supplied to the customer in a CNC Kit , comprising of cutting files for plasma cutting the aluminum and a set of step by step assembly drawings. As a customer relations venture we also acted on the customers behalf in dealing with the cutting shop to ensure premium quality goods were delivered as specified.
We developed this superstructure for an existing hull but we would be happy to talk to you about creating a complete boat kit with a similar aesthetic .

Pilot House roof drops onto cabin beams and stringers.
In this shot you can see the radius corners of the side windows precut to fit Sea Glaze windows. Simply cut straight lines in between the corners and install the windows. We do it this way in order to keep the plate as stiff as possible during assembly and handling. Another premium feature.
